On the contrary, we use everything that comes from growing vines. We produce pure grape juice from the grapes obtained during picking and use the waste from pressing to produce compost, which is then used to grow vegetables. Terroir in Farn\u00e1 favours aromatic white varieties, beautiful blue varieties such as Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon or Frankovka modr\u00e1, but also characteristic Slovak wine varieties such as Dunaj or Hron.
