A t\u00e1to vin\u00e1rska udalos\u0165, ur\u010den\u00e1 pre odborn\u00fa verejnos\u0165, sa konala netradi\u010dne v kostole.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Stredn\u00e1 a v\u00fdchodn\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 Eur\u00f3py je domovom dlhej vin\u00e1rskej hist\u00f3rie, nespo\u010detn\u00e9ho mno\u017estva jedine\u010dn\u00fdch druhov hrozna, \u00fa\u017easn\u00fdch osobn\u00fdch pr\u00edbehov aj mnoh\u00fdch ambici\u00f3znych vin\u00e1rov, vyr\u00e1baj\u00facich skvel\u00e9 v\u00edna. Medzi \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkmi ve\u013etrhu boli aj vin\u00e1ri zo susednej \u010ceskej republiky, Ma\u010farska, Ukrajiny \u010di Rumunska, Bulharska, Srbska a \u010fal\u0161\u00edch. Podujatie odprezentovalo stredoeur\u00f3pske a v\u00fdchodoeur\u00f3pske v\u00edna \u010dlenom odbornej a novin\u00e1rskej obce, s cie\u013eom z\u00edska\u0165 nov\u00e9 pr\u00edle\u017eitosti na trhu Spojen\u00e9ho kr\u00e1\u013eovstva.<\/p>\n<p>Vin\u00e1rstvo VIAJUR s Elizabeth Gabay spolupracuje u\u017e dlh\u00e9 obdobie. V\u00fdsledkom tejto spolupr\u00e1ce je aj n\u00e1\u0161 Dunaj Ros\u00e9, ktor\u00fd je na trhu dostupn\u00fd v \u0161ikovn\u00fdch a praktick\u00fdch plechovk\u00e1ch. Pr\u00e1ve v\u010faka tejto dlhoro\u010dnej spolupr\u00e1ci sme z\u00edskali aj pr\u00edle\u017eitos\u0165 oslovi\u0165 odborn\u00edkov zo Spojen\u00e9ho kr\u00e1\u013eovstva a nadviaza\u0165 nov\u00e9 mo\u017enosti kooper\u00e1ci\u00ed. Prekvapen\u00edm pre mnoh\u00fdch z\u00fa\u010dastnen\u00fdch bolo, \u017ee s\u00edce Slovensko poznali, mali len slab\u00e9 vedomosti o vysokej kvalite na\u0161ich v\u00edn.<\/p>\n<p>Sme ve\u013emi radi, \u017ee UK trhu sme mohli odprezentova\u0165 slovensk\u00fd terroir aj celkov\u00e9 podmienky na pestovanie \u0161irok\u00e9ho z\u00e1stupu typick\u00fdch dom\u00e1cich aj medzin\u00e1rodn\u00fdch odr\u00f4d. Pr\u00e1ve na\u0161e dom\u00e1ce slovensk\u00e9 odrody zaznamenali ve\u013ek\u00fd \u00faspech. Zaujal n\u00e1\u0161 Rizling jursk\u00fd \u010di Rizling vla\u0161sk\u00fd, Dunaj, PIWI odroda Donauveltliner, medzin\u00e1rodn\u00fd Sauvignon Blanc \u010di n\u00e1\u0161 pr\u00e9miov\u00fd sekt Blanc de Blancs. Okrem jednotliv\u00fdch v\u00edn sme mali mo\u017enos\u0165 predstavi\u0165 na\u0161e vin\u00e1rstvo aj v s\u00favislosti s vin\u00e1rskym turizmom, a to hlavne v spojitosti so z\u00e1\u017eitkami, ktor\u00e9 pon\u00faka usadlos\u0165 Farn\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Te\u0161\u00edme sa, \u017ee aj v\u010faka tejto pr\u00edle\u017eitosti m\u00f4\u017eeme pokra\u010dova\u0165 v nap\u013a\u0148an\u00ed
