Vinification
Hand-picked grapes were harvested earlier to preserve acidity. During fermentation proces, wine was fitered through a cross-flow. Wine aged for few months in stainless steel tank.

Sensory description of the wine:
Wine is of pale golden color. Nose is full of fresh citrus fruit, floral notes of linden and meadow flowers. 35g of residual sugar is perfectly balanced with zesty acidity. Harmonious, mineral aftertaste with good length.

As an aperitif, to be paired with fruit sponge cake, lemon sorbet
