Austrian variety that found its home in our vineyards in Farná. Bouquet is fruit driven with hints of white pepper. On the palate vineyard peach is dominant taste.

VINIFICATION
Handpicked grapes were processed with as little oxygen contact as possible. Wine was fermented at lower temperature. Aging on fine lees was very short. Made in reductive style.

SENSORY DESCRIPTION OF THE WINE
Nose is full of citrus fruit. Palate is balanced with good acidity. Gruner Veltlinerlike almond bitterness is present.
