Blanc De Blancs 2022 Ars in Vino
This sparkling wine is grown using the traditional champagne method from the burgundy varieties Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris. These varieties do extremely well in our vineyards. The vintage sparkling wine Blanc de Blancs shines with a beautiful sparkling colour and the aroma of biscuit and citrus. The taste is fresh and balanced with beautiful and persistent pearliness.

Ručne oberané hrozno zo 100% odrody Pinot Noir. Celé strapece hrozna boli jemne stlačené a lisované. Odkalený mušt fermentoval v kombinácií nerezových nádob a starších barikových sudov. Nafľašované základné víno zrelo na jemných kaloch po dobu 12 mesiacov.

Sensory description of the wine:
Sekt má farbu s odtieňom doružova. Intenzívnej ovocnej vôni dominuje jahodová. V chuti je intenzívne perlenie podporené krásnou kyselinou, ktorú vystrieda harmnická nasladlá dochuť zvyškového cukru v podobe dozáže extra dry.
