Pinot Noir 2021 Ars in Vino
The unique label of this premium wine features a motif of the Roman goddess Diana, who was the patroness of hunting, fertility and nature. The grapes for this wine come from the Perešské Hony vineyard, which is located in the Farná settlement in the Nitra wine-growing region. During the production process, the grapes were macerated, fermented and aged for 12 months in 500-liter barrique barrels.

Ručne oberané hrozno nakvášalo v nových rakúskych dubových sudoch bez čiel. 90% odstrapené hrozno a 10% celé strapce. Prebehla alkoholická fermentácia. Vylisované víno putovalo naspäť do tých istých sudov už s čelami na jablčno-mliečnu fermentáciu. Potom 2 mesiace batttonage. Po odkalení víno putovalo naspäť do tých istých sudov na 12 mesiacov. Nafľašované bez filtrácie.

Jemná rubínová farba je typická pre Pinot Noir. Intenzívna ovocná vôňa oplýva tónmi čerešne, čokolády a jemnou zemitosťou. Chuť je stredne plná, rafinovaná a s elegantnou dlhou dochuťou.
