VINIFICATION
Hand-picked grapes were destemmed and macerated at 4°C for three days. Following alcoholic fermentation, the wine was pressed and transferred into barrels for malolactic fermentation and subsequent maturation. It aged for a total of 18 months in a combination of 225L old barrels, allowing it to develop complexity and character.

SENSORY DESCRIPTION OF THE WINE
The colour of the wine is dark red with a purple border. The fragrance is typical, varietal – black currants and cassis. Pleasant to taste tannin with a subtle hint of graphite. Medium full-bodied wine.
