Dunaj 2023 Young wine
The grapes come from the vineyards of the Viajur winery from the Farná estate, where it was picked by hand. It has an opaque elegant ink colour and the fragrance is dominated by plum with a subtle undertone of dark chocolate.

VINIFICATION
Hand-harvested grapes underwent cold maceration for three days. Alcoholic fermentation occurred simultaneously with malolactic fermentation. Following pressing, the wine was bottled as a young wine.

SENSORY DESCRIPTION OF THE WINE
The wine has an opaque ink-violet colour. The fragrance is dominated by plum jam and vanilla. The aromatic sensations complemented by dark chocolate are found in the taste. A full and sturdy body is complemented by velvety tannins.
