VINIFICATION
Hand-picked grapes were picked in three stages at different dates. Last grapes were coldsoaked for almost 24 hours. Then wine was blended in with other batches.

SENSORY DESCRIPTION OF THE WINE
Wine has intense golden color and good viscosity. Varietal nose is full of flowers and honey. Residual sugar and firm acidity makes this semi-sweet wine very complex.
