VINIFICATION
Hand-picked grapes were picked in three stages at different dates. Last grapes were coldsoaked for almost 24 hours. Then wine was blended in with other batches.

SENSORY DESCRIPTION OF THE WINE
Wine has a bright-yellow color with green hue. On the nose you pick up notes of blaccurrant leaf and freshly cut grass. Palate is fruity and fresh and zesty acidity ads to the brightness of this wine.
