VINIFICATION
The hand-harvested grapes were destemmed and macerated for 12 hours to extract colour. After maceration, the grapes were pressed, and the resulting juice underwent fermentation at low temperatures in a stainless steel container. Following fermentation, the wine underwent two rounds of bottling. Subsequently, it was filtered and bottled for final distribution.

SENSORY DESCRIPTION OF THE WINE
Frankovka has a raspberry-pink shade. The aroma is dominated by fruity notes of wild strawberries and raspberries. The taste is fruity, pleasantly light.
